About
Born & raised in North White Plains, Lauren Bucci grew up in a tight knit family as the youngest of 4 siblings. She is so excited to be starting this new chapter of her life with everyone as a first-time small business owner!
Lauren has always dreamed of being her own boss, but as a full-time mom who already had a different career path, it stayed just that-a dream. It wasn’t until the covid-19 pandemic hit that it became clear what her vision was & how she was going to pursue it. It was then that the idea of Bagel Girl was born.
Lauren’s son Kamryn has been her biggest motivation & biggest supporter pushing her to do whatever it took to make her dream into reality. We hope that you all enjoy Bagel Girl as much as she’s enjoyed every minute that she spent building it!
